Thank you for shopping with Jersey Negus. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Domestic Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event that we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we anticipate that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone call.
Shipping costs & delivery estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The following shipping/delivery options are available:

- Jamaica Post (International) | 2-4 Weeks | $500
You may choose to pick up in Falmouth, Trelawny or Discovery Bay, St. Ann on Wednesdays-Saturdays.
Delivery and/or shipping delays may occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You will also be advised of the tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.
Jersey Negus is not liable for any products damaged, lost or destroyed during shipping. If your shipment is damaged, lost or destroyed, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
