Returns
You may return an item within three (3) days after you have received it. An item is deemed returned once we have received the item or have been provided sufficient proof that it has been shipped to us. Jersey Negus must be notified before the item is returned. We are not responsible for the shipping or other costs associated with the return of an item and we take no responsibility for items lost, damaged or destroyed while in return transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, with the product tag intact. You may be required to produce proof of purchase. We reserve the right to require proof of the above conditions before accepting any return item. We further reserve the right to reject the return of an item if we are satisfied that the item is not in the same condition as it was shipped or delivered.
A returned item may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Customised Products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your request for refund or exchange after inspecting the item. Inspections may take up to three (3) business days.
If your return is approved, we will commence the refund/exchange process.
In the case of a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Jersey Negus makes no promise or guarantee as to the number of days before which your refund will reflect as this depends on your card issuer's policies. However, we will commence the refund within 48 hours after advising you that your refund request has been approved.
In the case cash payments, which are to be refunded, we reserve the right to make this refund by way or bank transfer or other method of refunds.
Refunds may also be provided in the form of Store Merchandise credit or gift card eligible for future orders on Jersey Negus, Jersey Negus reserves all right to decide when store merchandise credit should be used.
Exchanges
A returned item may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. In the event that an item is exchanged for an item or lesser value, the balance of funds paid may be refunded. In the event that an item is exchanged for an item of greater value, the excess in value is to be paid to Jersey Negus before the replacement item is shipped.
Shipping Costs to Return or Receive an Item on Exchange
You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs associated with items returned for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event that you returned an item to us as cost on delivery (C.O.D) and you are to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, which we have paid, will be deducted from your refund.
Jersey Negus reserves the right to refuse to accept any return item shipped to us as cost on delivery (C.O.D).
